Pour contents into glass container with lid. Add 2/3 cup of water, milk, or milk alternative. Stir or shake. Let rest 15 minutes. Stir or shake again. Refrigerate overnight to thicken oats. Add 1/2 cup of your favorite berries or fruit. *Oats can also be prepared with 3/4 cup of water, milk or milk alternative in traditional microwavable cooking method (about 2-3 minutes).
